Hello, I'm Bethany.
I am a graphic designer, photographer, and marketing specialist located currently in Georgetown, KY. In simple terms, I spend way too much time debating the difference in two pixels. I create to showcase more than just the surface level, but to dive into creative solutions that showcase media as we know it.
I have loved all things design for as long as I can remember. I have never wanted to put out unfinished work and have always aimed to please, even if that means getting a bit innovative. My goal is always to have fun with design. To me, design is a tool that puts our everyday thoughts and creative forces together to form a cohesive brand and showcase personality.
What makes you tick?
I recently found an extreme liking working in sports, which if you would've told me a few years ago, I would've thought you were nuts. In college, I worked over in the Athletics Department in the Sports Information Department assisting with social media and branding. I love my athletes and wouldn't change a thing. I can’t believe I have gotten to do this for four years now. I also work with Lexington Sporting Club and am lucky to be involved in the marketing/media team.
If you ever need to talk Disney with anyone, I am your girl. In 2022, I was lucky enough to participate in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida. I worked roughly 40-50 hour work weeks at Animal Kingdom inside a Dinosaur themed restaurant flipping burgers for hours on end. All so I could go play princess on my one day off in Magic Kingdom. I still cry listening to the Enchantment soundtrack.
I have absolutely no concept of what anyone means by saying "You have enough books/mugs". I drink tea and coffee like a maniac and buy books probably too much for the little time I have to read. #ShoutoutAudible
